 Recently it was brought to my attention that the registration for this site was not functioning correctly. Thanks to Dustin from the West Kentucky Disc Golf Club for bringing this to my attention.
So if you had been getting a message, "You are not authorized to view this resource. You need to login.", give it another shot as it seems to be working correctly now.
If you have troubles with it please contact me via the website.

Friday Night Glo was a success |

  Little late on posting how this event went, but you know what they say "better late then never".
At first the event looked like it could yet again be a rain out, but the disc golf gods thought they would be nice this time around and the rain moved out of the area just in time for it to turn out to be a great night for disc golf.
With night fall now happening around 9:00-9:15pm we had plenty of time to set the course up before the other players decided to wander on over (Andy!). Just as last time we set the course up we had a few people ask what was going on with all the lights and we gladly informed them, but seemed to hardly spark any interest out of them. Travis luckily had some sparklers which helped with grabbing their attention, not to mention some glow sticks, and eventually a cigarette or two.

Southern Illinois Tournament July 18-20th |

 Our friends at Gateway Discs are gearing up for another great weekend tournament just south of us here in Carbondale! The date for the event will be July 18th-20th.
Why is there such little information on this tournament here on the frontpage? It has been requested to protect this information if at all possible so SIDiscGolf.com will do just that. The details on this tournament will only be listed in the forums , which requires you to register to view.
I will tell you this though: There will disc golf, beer, camping, night golf, player packages, and much more. If this sounds like a great way to spend a weekend to you, then I would agree with you for one, then I would suggest logging into the site for all the details and find out where this tournament will be held!

Friday Night Glo is back and hopefully will be dry this time! We are going to hold this event June 27th around 9:00pm.
If you are unfamiliar with what Night Glo is it is basically playing a round of disc golf at night. How do you plan to do this? We use LED lights to light up the tee pads, baskets, and discs.
We welcome anyone that wants to participate in this event to just show up that night and join us. There is no cost for this event and only ask that you bring your own equipment. Read on for more information...

 While this is not technically a clinic the way our usual video clinics are this will help in the same way.
Putting is one of the most, if not the most, crucial parts of any disc golf game. In order to get really good at this part of the game is to do what most hate to do, practice!
